The Convergence Technology Center offers a variety of ways for educators to get involved:

Professional Development

This wiki, CTC Resources, has been created to be an online job aid for one of the CTC's Winter Retreat tracks, "Effective Pedagogy of Social Media in the Classroom' - Taught by Gordon Snyder of the National ICT Center. This type of professional development is available to educators through not only the Convergence Technology Center but also other National Science Foundation Advanced Technical Education Centers.

The CTC has created 3 and 4 credit courses in Convergence Technology, Digital Home Technology Integration and VoIP. Samples of the curriculum are available HERE. Please note that because the CTC is a NSF ATE center grant, access to the complete curriculum is limited to educators of North American secondary and post secondary institutions.

CTC Mentored College Program

For colleges who are interested in starting a Convergence Technology degree and certificate program at their institution, the Convergence Technology Center has instituted a Mentored College Program.
